LiberKey – Portable Suite
LiberKey contains a Portable Suite ofOpen Source and Free Software applications that can be stored and run directly from a USB device. Basic, Standard and Ultimate editions of the Portable Software Suite are available and new software can easily be added. In addition, LiberKey utilizes its own portable application launcher that resides in the taskbar for easy access.

Note: LiberKey appears to contain a mix of Open Source and Freeware. I am not sure if the portable application launchers are open source? If anyone has more information, please feel free to contact me.
